We represent factories which specialize in injection mold manufacturing, injection molding, assembly, and OEM electronics. Our U.S. sales team handles document and file routing as well as communication and coordination with the factories. Customers never need to concern themselves with language translation, unfamiliar terminology, overseas time zone differentials, or currency exchange rates. All financial transactions are handled in U.S. Dollars.

For customers who require assistance with importing, our global sourcing network includes outstanding international freight forwarders with proven track records in international transportation, logistics, and U.S. Customs clearance. We can arrange to have your product delivered to the freight forwarder of your choice at the Port of Origin. We can arrange to deliver the product to the U.S. Port of Entry; or we can arrange delivery directly to your receiving dock.

1. Quality.  We will produce your product to your specifications. In addition, we can augment our inspection procedures with any addition inspection requirements that you may wish to provide.

2. Lead-time.  Our lead-time is extremely competitive. Our mold production lead-time for most molds is typically 6 to 10 weeks, depending on the mold size and complexity. Our molding and assembly lead-time is typically 30 days.

3. Cost Reduction.  Historically, we have helped customers reduce injection mold tooling costs by 50 or more. We can cut molding costs by 30 percent or more. We can lower assembly cost by up to 50 percent.

4. Service and Technical Support.  When it comes to technical support, we can work from your tooling documentation or you can send us a part drawing or a sample along with your machine specifications. We'll design the tool for you and provide a complete drawing set. Our highly experienced tool design engineers are always available to assist you.
